Playing on a high school sports team has a lot of benefits.

Athletics soccer coach Kenneth Hegmann said everyone should try to play a sport because it is really important for life.

“Even if you think you can’t do it, you should at least try,” Mr.Hegmann said. “It helps you overcome the challenges in life and realize the potential you have.”

Soccer player Muhammed Dogan said it is sometimes fun and sometimes hard. He said that you should believe in yourself and tryout for a team.

“Most of the times it’s fun to work with my friends,” Muhammed said. “It is sometimes hard but that is how you improve.”

Athlete Miguel Carrizo said that it added a lot of things to his life. He said he thought it did not add anything to his life but now it has a great role in his life.

“It made my friendships stronger,” Miguel said. “Now I have a healthy life.”

Someone should not lose hope when they are bad in a sport or anything there is something that they can improve and be successful at.

“I tried different things in life and sometimes I was not successful” Miguel said. “I looked for something I was good at and now I am successful and happy.”
