As the school year ends, we must wave goodbye to our seniors as they embark on the next phase of their lives. The class of 2025 is finally graduating, and Lebanon Trail is hosting events to celebrate their graduation from high school. Let’s dive into what opportunities seniors can experience, as well as what seniors have to say about leaving Lebanon Trail.
Powderpuff is taking place on May 5, 2025 from 6-8 pm at the Bacchus park. This is an event to watch (or even participate in) as the juniors and seniors play flag football! Food trucks will be available as well.
Six Flags Grad Nite is on May 9th from 5 PM to 1 AM! Seniors must be at school by 4:30 to ride the bus. Seniors must ride the bus to obtain their ticket, there is no other option.
LT is hosting a ribbon ceremony on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 3-5 pm at the auditorium. The ribbon ceremony is a more intimate and “less stressful” version of graduation. Seniors now have the opportunity to have more time to walk across the stage with their graduation wear, as well as the public announcement of their plans after graduation. There are fun backdrops to take pictures, and seniors are allowed to bring anyone they want: there is no limit to the number of guests. Food and beverages will be offered as well. To attend, seniors must register by May 5th. Registration can be found on Lebanon Trail’s Student Council Instagram page (@ltbstuco).
On May 14, we have the Senior Gift taking place in the library during 1st period. It’s to serve the special education department.
Behind the LT cafeteria, Senior Sunset will be taking place on May 16th from 6-8 pm. This is one of the events that is free for seniors! Free senior movies, games, and barbecue will be provided.
Graduation can be a bittersweet time, but we hope that every student at Lebanon Trail has had the opportunity to learn, have fun and make endless memories. We will miss you, and congratulations to the Class of 2025!
