How to de-stress before the Holidays

Only three more weeks left in 2019. Only three more weeks until winter break.

So this year, give yourself the best gift of all. No stress for the holidays. 

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Think about your plans for winter break. Looking forward to something positive will help you stay positive.
  2. Take some “you” time. Write, read, draw; do something that you loved as a kid, but have no time to do now. 
  3. Make plans with friends. Holidays are the best time for a hot chocolate movie night.
  4. Log off of HAC for a day. Checking grades every minute doesn’t make them better or worse. 
  5. Take a nap. Let’s be honest, all of us need sleep.
