Living a healthy life can benefit a person’s life a lot. Personally, I believe that if a person starts to make their life a healthy balance; it makes life less stressful for them.


There are many ways a person can make their life more healthy. To be honest, the best way to start these healthy habits is by starting one of them each day and continue to use those methods to help make your life better.


Here are some methods or ways that you can use to help you life a healthy lifestyle.


  1. Getting enough amounts of sleep; the average hours of sleep a teenager should get is about like 7 to 7 ¼ hours. However, they need between 9 and 9 ½ hours (studies show that most teenagers need exactly 9 ¼ hours of sleep).
  2. Eating a healthy balance of food, so like basically not just three meals a day. More like five meals each day. Try to avoid missing breakfast, lunch or dinner because that’s begins the habit of not eating and/or starving. Which typically isn’t a good idea.
  3. Exercise regularly and also exercise your brain once in a while. You can do that by like doing puzzle games, or mind tricks. Also, good ways to start exercise regularly is to try doing yoga, or running in the morning. ALSO! Drink a lot of water! Water is very good! Going along with water, I personally enjoy this Aloe Water, which is very good for the body.
  4. Relaxing often! Try to find different outlets that help you relax. Some good ways to relax are like, sleeping, coloring, meditation, yoga, and listening to calm music or music that makes you feel relaxed.


Hopefully, these methods can help you live a more healthy lifestyle. From personal experience, the best way to start a healthy habits is to start one and keep on adding new ones each day, and remember to keep on doing them.
