Giullian Canlas, Vanguard TV Reporter
Giullian Canlas is a leading Sophomore Reporter for the Vanguard T.V. Giullian was drawn to Broadcast due to her interest in sharing experiences between her peers. By means of mass viewing she can inform her student body on one another’s accomplishments. Giullian’s goal is to have personal affirmation spreading amid the halls of Lebanon Trail. Giullian is strongly influenced by the work of Oprah Winfrey due to her efforts with helping others using her time spent on national television. Like her influencer, Giullian believes equality is important and so is being politically active. Through work in front of a camera or behind the scenes, she hopes to promote self affirmation and spread positivity among a generation of self consciousness.
