A new year has finally begun and with it, the promise to become a better version of yourself. Millions of people vow to make and follow through with their New Year’s Resolutions and here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make one. It is never too late!

Step 1: Reflect on the past year and write a list of everything you wish was different or that you could change. Making lists helps keep track of all your thoughts and will also help make better resolutions.

Step 2: Next, think about how or what you can do to change this year and not repeat the same mistakes. There is no problem with taking time for yourself once in a while.

Step 3: Whatever resolutions you decide to follow, make sure it is doable. If you think you cannot remember to follow them everyday, pin it up to your bulletin board! Set a reminder on your phone everyday! Make sticky notes and put them on your bathroom mirror! 

New Year’s Resolutions don’t have to be something grand or time consuming. It can be something as simple as making the bed every morning, following a skincare routine every night, or even drinking water every day. Start small and set higher goals when you feel more comfortable!
