Brownies to kill Boredom

Linda Sunshine once said “A basic rule of baking is that, in general, it’s almost impossible to make an inedible batch of brownies.”

As a very interested baker, I am here to teach you guys to bake brownies. I am going to take you through five simple steps of making the perfect batch of brownies.

You would need 10 tablespoons of unsalted butter,1 1/4 cups sugar,3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder,2 large Eggs,1/4 rounded teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla,1/2 cup all-purpose flour, If you want to add chopped chocolate or chocolate chips, you can.

Before you start to do anything else, you have to start the oven so that it can preheat and will be ready when you mix the batter. You would also want to grease the pan so that the brownies don’t stick once they are done baking. Now we can begin making our brownies.

These are simple to make. You only need one mixing bowl, a small saucepan, and a spoon. There’s no mixer or fancy equipment required! To make them, I follow these steps:

Step 1, Melt the butter with sugar, salt, and cocoa powder.

Step 2, Add the vanilla and eggs

.Step 3, Add the flour.

After mixing the flour into the batter, I beat the batter with a spoon for 40 to 50 strokes. The batter will be thick. This extra beating makes sure that the butter is emulsified into the batter, which makes sure the brownies bake perfectly in the oven. I usually tell you to be careful not to over mix batters.

Make sure there are no clumps in the batter after you mix all the ingredients.

Grab your mixing bowl and pour it in the baking pan and make sure the batter is set evenly.

Bake them. The brownies bake in the oven for 20 to 35 minutes.

Depending on the size of the pan, and the oven, the amount of time it takes for the brownies to bake varies.

After the baking is done, you can take the baking pan out of the oven and leave the brownies to cool down for about 30 min.

I hope that I taught you in a way that was easy to follow and has inspired to make brownies with this recipe and I recommend that brownies go well with Ice cream.
