Last chance to See The Wicked-Good Play, The Crucible

“The Crucible” is a play written by Arthur Miller based on the true story of the Salem Witch Trials in the 1600’s, where people were executed on false allegations of witchcraft. Lebanon Trail theatre has produced this play and shows were held on Wednesday, October 11th at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 12th at 8:00 PM. There is one more show left until theatre moves on to start practicing for their production of “Grease”. The last chance to see “The Crucible” is today, Friday, October 13th at 7:00 PM. Tickets cost $8.00 at the door and the play is presented in the Lebanon Trail auditorium.

“The Crucible” takes place in 1692 during the Salem Witch Trials, where more than 20 people were killed because they were found guilty of witchcraft. Over 200 were accused. With superstitions surrounding Friday the 13th and with Halloween coming up, “The Crucible” is the perfect play to set the mood of the season.
